JH-Core vs. LamdaCore

Ok, this will probably spark a debate, but, are there advantages to either
one over the other?  Are there siginficant differences?  I've mostly usel
Lambda, but I am about to start development on a new MOO and are lookign for
ideas.  Also, is there full documentation somewher on either of the two
cores?  (besides the help files..)
