DB Editors

Just my $.02 on db editors:

Given that most people I know, including myself, who do any serious
MOO coding and/or building use offline editors and then paste text
into their MOO client, it seems to make sense that some kind of
smart db editor would be useful. Of course, it would have to have
builtin in a number of features to make sure the integrity of the
db was preserved, but rather than being a server with connection
and interaction, it would be an editor for one person and would
be optimized as an editor. You could probably do this with a
sufficiently complex and powerful client, but that still won't
help in the cases of lost #2 passwords and such...
