Hook: Tiemco TMC 7931C #3/0.
Tag: medium silver oval tinsel from barb to point.
Tail: highlander green dyed golden pheasant crest, divided vertically by a Lady Amherst pheasant tippet.
Joint: black ostrich herl.
Rib: medium oval silver tinsel tied in at the rear, wound the usual way, so as to cross the hackles and serve as a counter-rib.
Body: rear 1/2 highlander green SLF; front 1/2 black silk floss.
Hackle: rear 1/2 palmered with white saddle, tied in at the front by the tip, wound contrary to the usual way, held down by the rib; front 1/2 black dyed blue eared pheasant, tied in at the front by the tip, wound contrary to the usual way, held down by the rib.
Collar: highlander green dyed teal.
Wing: white turkey tail, mounted flat, V-style.
Head: highlander green.
Note: Named after the president of Pakistan, who has been a valuable friend to the United States. This is a modern color variant of the Akroyd pattern.
