| | Rib: | 5 turns medium flat gold tinsel,
with medium flat silver tinsel in between,
and fine silver oval tinsel as a counter-rib.
| | Body: | olive Berlin wool.
| | Hackle: | 2 orange dyed ring necked pheasant rump feathers,
leading the flat gold tinsel,
using John Shewey's 2 hackle technique.
| | Collar: | teal.
| | Wing: | bronze mallard, tented and very low, horizontal style.
| | Head: | black.
| | Note: | A classic Spey River fly.
