| | Hook: | Partridge Single Wilson (Lightweight) #4.
| | Rib: | 5 turns of medium copper tinsel,
with fine copper oval as a counter-rib.
| | Butt: | lemon Berlin wool.
| | Body: | royal blue Berlin wool.
| | Hackle: | natural Spey cock substitute, black with brown tips,
tied in at the front. by the tip,
leading the flat copper tinsel, so that a fish approaching
from behind will easily see the flash of the tinsel.
| | Collar: | teal.
| | Wing: | bronze mallard, tented and very low, horizontal style.
| | Head: | black.
| | Note: | A modern pattern with a very old classic Spey fly look.
