WISDOM-FOLLY

To the chief Musician upon Mahalath, Maschil, A Psalm of David. The fool2 hath said3 in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt4 are they, and have done5 abominable iniquity: there is6 none that doeth good.

Ps 53:2

God looked7 down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that8 did understand, that did seek9 God.

Every10 one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy11; there is none12 that doeth good, no, not one.

There15 were they in great fear16, where no fear was: for God hath scattered17 the bones of him that encampeth against thee: thou hast18 put them to shame, because19 God hath despised them.

Oh20 that the salvation of Israel were come out21 of Zion! When God22 bringeth23 back the captivity of his people, Jacob24 shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
