David's complaint in his sickness.
Ps 6:1

To the chief Musician on Neginoth upon Sheminith2, A Psalm of David. O LORD, rebuke3 me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

Ps 6:2
MERCIFULNESS-UNMERCIFULNESS

Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I4 am weak: O LORD, heal5 me; for my6 bones are vexed.

Ps 6:3
BLESSINGS-AFFLICTIONS

My7 soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O LORD, how8 long?

Ps 6:4

Return9, O LORD, deliver10 my soul: oh save me for11 thy mercies' sake.

Ps 6:5

For12 in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the13 grave who shall give thee thanks?

Ps 6:6
TEARS

I am14 weary with my groaning; all the15 night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.

Ps 6:7

Mine16 eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth17 old because of all mine enemies.

Ps 6:8
He triumphs over his enemies.
Ps 6:8

Depart18 from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for19 the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.

Ps 6:9

The LORD hath heard20 my supplication; the LORD will receive21 my prayer.

Ps 6:10

Let all22 mine enemies be ashamed and sore23 vexed: let them return24 and be25 ashamed suddenly.
