Ps 65:1	David praises God for his grace.
Ps 65:1 Zion	¶ **To the chief Musician, A Psalm and* Song of David.*** Praise¹ waiteth² for thee, O God, in Sion³: and unto⁴ thee shall the vow be performed.
Ps 65:2 •PRAYER	O thou⁵ that hearest prayer, unto thee⁶ shall all flesh come.
Ps 65:3 •DEFILEMENT-CLEANSING	Iniquities⁷ prevail against me: as for our transgressions⁸, thou shalt purge them away.
Ps 65:4	The blessedness of God's chosen by reason of benefits.
Ps 65:4 •BEATITUDES •WORSHIP, TRUE AND FALSE	Blessed⁹ is the man whom thou choosest¹⁰, and causest¹¹ to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be¹² satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.
Ps 65:5 •RIGHTEOUSNESS-UNRIGHTEOUSNESS	By terrible¹³ things in righteousness¹⁴ wilt thou answer us, O God¹⁵ of our salvation; who art the confidence¹⁶ of all¹⁷ the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar¹⁸ off upon the sea:
Ps 65:6 •WEAKNESS-POWER	¶ Which¹⁹ by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded²⁰ with power:
Ps 65:7 •WAVES, OF THE SEA •WEAKNESS-POWER	Which²¹ stilleth the noise²² of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult²³ of the people.
Ps 65:8	They also that dwell in the²⁴ uttermost parts are afraid²⁵ at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings²⁶ of the morning²⁷ and evening to rejoice²⁸.
Ps 65:9 •AGRICULTURE-HORTICULTURE •BLESSINGS-AFFLICTIONS	Thou visitest²⁹ the earth, and waterest it:³⁰ thou greatly³¹ enrichest it with the river³² of God, which is full of water: thou preparest³³ them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.
Ps 65:10	¶ Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof:³⁴ thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.
Ps 65:11	Thou crownest³⁵ the year with thy³⁶ goodness; and thy paths drop fatness³⁷.
Ps 65:12	They drop³⁸ upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice³⁹ on every side.
Ps 65:13 •NATURE'S PRAISE	The pastures⁴⁰ are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout⁴¹ for joy, they also sing.
